Novelist and biologist Ann Eriksson combines a background in ecology with her life experiences to create works of fiction grounded in nature and populated with compelling characters. Ann was bornin Saskatchewan and grew up in rural communities across the prairies, migrating to the west coast in the late 1970s. Ann began writing in 2000 and has published three novels: Decomposing Maggie (Turnstone Press 2003), In the Hands of Anubis (Brindle and Glass 2009), and Falling From Grace (Brindle and Glass 2010). She lives on Thetis Island, BC.
